Terms of Use, General Rules, and Legal Responsibilities
The following terms, rules, and legal responsibilities included in this User Agreement are recommended to be read before using aracimaksesuar.com. If these terms are not suitable for you, please refrain from using the aracimaksesuar.com website. By using the site and filling out the form containing your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.
1. Terms of Use and Security Rules
aracimaksesuar.com is open to all members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge.
In the following cases, the site administration may block the user’s access to the site and reserves the right to take legal action against the individuals involved:
1.a. Registering incorrect, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, statements not complying with general moral principles, or information contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
1.b. Unauthorized partial or complete copying of site content.
1.c. Sharing user-specific information, such as username and password, with third parties or organizations, and any damages arising from the unauthorized use of these credentials are the sole responsibility of the User. Similarly, the User may not use another person's IP address, email address, username, or personal information, nor access or use other users’ private information without authorization. The User accepts all legal and penal liabilities arising from such usage.
1.d. Using software that threatens the security of the site, attempting activities that impair or prevent the operation of the site and its software, or altering, deleting, or retrieving data without authorization.
2. Responsibilities
2.a. Information about visitors to aracimaksesuar.com (visit duration, time, viewed pages) is tracked to provide better service. This information is shared with partner companies for purposes such as enhancing the site’s content and improving user experience, in compliance with privacy terms. The purpose is to enhance the experience offered to users and to develop aracimaksesuar.com.
2.b. A user can start using aracimaksesuar.com by filling out the required registration fields, confirming their email address, and agreeing to the terms specified in this agreement.
2.c. The User agrees to comply with the provisions of the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Intellectual and Artistic Works Law, laws on Trademark and Patent Rights Protection, other relevant regulations, and announcements or notifications published by aracimaksesuar.com while using the site and its services. Any legal, penal, or financial liabilities arising from violations of these laws and terms are the sole responsibility of the User.
2.d. If it is determined that the User violates the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules announced on aracimaksesuar.com, the User's access to the site may be temporarily or permanently blocked, and/or their account may be terminated.
2.e. The User cannot engage in actions that hinder or complicate the use of aracimaksesuar.com by other users or visitors. The User cannot overload or lock servers or databases with automatic programs. Engaging in such actions will result in the termination of membership, and the User will accept all resulting legal and penal liabilities.
2.f. The User cannot remove or alter copyright, trademark, or intellectual property notes on any material copied or printed from aracimaksesuar.com.
2.g. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the User through aracimaksesuar.com. A user who terminates their membership will lose access to the site. The user acknowledges that this process is irreversible.
2.h. The relationships between site users or third parties are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.
2.i. Specific sections of the site may have distinct rules and obligations. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted the specified rules.

2.k. Users accept and declare that the payment information (credit card, GSM number, etc.) they use during transactions on the site is accurate and that they bear all legal and penal responsibilities arising from this information.
3. Notification Addresses
3.a. aracimaksesuar.com does not initially request postal addresses from its users. However, the email address provided by the user to aracimaksesuar.com is considered the legal address for all notifications related to this agreement.
3.b. Parties must notify the other party of any changes to their current email addresses within 3 (three) days in writing. Otherwise, requests sent to the previous email address will be deemed valid and considered delivered.
3.c. Any notification sent by aracimaksesuar.com to the User's registered email address will be deemed delivered 1 (one) day after it is sent. The User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the clauses of this participation agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information provided about themselves.
